Telco hollandsnieuwe asked us to develop a brand engagement strategy and concept to underline the emotional values of the brand. The result was a series of films and an activation, celebrating ordinary people who go about their daily business in an extraordinary way. All these mums, dads, family members, friends and others who make a difference, came to be known as ’hollandskanjers’ – ’kanjer’ being a Dutch term for someone who is awesome. And to honour them, we helped their environment to give these ’kanjers’ a well-deserved surprise, which led to over 1,4 million views for the first film and great engagement.
